This was a most exciting day Sunday at St Marys! An adult baptism... we believe it to be a first. The young man's name is Adam Kodra, sponsors are Joy and John Rezin. featuring Deacon Irene McDaniel, acolyte is Tyler Kuehl. In addition, Adam announced his engagement to Britney Rezin! We enjoyed cake and fellowship after the service and a beautiful lunch at the TeePee Restaurant, compliments of Joy and John Rezin. The church was full and many children present as well. A grand and glorious day indeed.

Southern Convocation Regional Confirmation at La Cross on May 1, 2011
On April 3, 2011 The Northern Convocation hosted a Convocation wide Eucharistic celebration at St. Alban's in Superior. In spite of the snow and sleet, four of the congregations were in attendance including these clergy.
The Southern Convocation's VIVA2 gathering gave substansive form to our Diocese's future vision on Saturday, March 26 at Christ Church in La Cross. 44 were in attendance. This was the first gathering of the newly formed Southern Convocation. Pictured above are seven of the Convocation's ten clergy. From left to right: Deacon Amy Huber, Fr.
